Prices shown are retail prices and may not include applicable taxes, shipping, or installation fees. While we strive to maintain accurate pricing, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices. Product availability is subject to prior sale.

3. Purchasing and Orders

Purchases are initiated through our contact form or in-store consultation. Submitting an inquiry does not constitute a binding order. A binding purchase agreement is formed only upon our written confirmation of your order and receipt of the agreed payment. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion. All sales of audio equipment are subject to our inspection and confirmation of stock availability.

4. Listening Sessions

Listening session appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by our staff. Sessions are complimentary and the fee is applied as credit toward any purchase made within 30 days of the session. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows may result in the inability to book future sessions. We reserve the right to limit session frequency per individual.

5. Trade-In Program

Trade-in valuations are estimates only and are subject to physical inspection of the equipment. Final trade-in values may differ from initial estimates based on condition assessment. Trade-in credits are valid for 60 days from the date of valuation. Equipment accepted for trade-in becomes the property of cyberaventrionix.com upon completion of the transaction. We reserve the right to decline any trade-in at our discretion.

6. Returns and Warranty

New equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We assist with all warranty claims for products purchased through cyberaventrionix.com. Our standard return policy allows returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in original packaging. Custom orders, special imports, and products sold as demonstration or open-box units are final sale. Installation services are non-refundable once completed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the cyberaventrionix.com website, including text, images, graphics, reviews, guides, logos, and design elements, is the property of cyberaventrionix.com or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
